Valor Gold's (VGC.TO) on Tuesday said its shares are now trading the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States.The company's shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "VGC", it added.Valor was spun out of Seabridge Gold (SEA.TO) last week to hold its Courageous Lake gold project in the Northwest Territories.The company's shares were last seen down $0.50 or 10.6% at $4.00 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.Price: $3.94, Change: $-0.56, Percent Change: -12.44%
