Illumisoft Lighting Appoints Ehsan Agahi as CEO
Illumisoft Lighting (UVC.V) on Wednesday said it appointed current executive chairman Ehsan Agahi as its chief executive officer.Agahi will continue to serve as board chair, the company said. Brett Nicholds will move from his CEO role to senior strategic advisor, and remain a director of the company.Illumisoft's shares were approved to start trading on the US OTCQB Venture Market under the trading symbol FUVCF. It will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol UVC, it said.The company also entered into shares for debt settlement agreements pursuant to which it proposes to settle C$413,764.12 of outstanding indebtedness with 646,506 at a deemed price of C$0.64 apiece. The indebtedness being settled consists of C$203,764.12 owing on two promissory notes and C$210,000 owing in connection for consulting services, it added.The company's shares last traded Aug. 18, closing at C$0.80 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
