Fukui Computer Secures Shareholder Approval for Absorption-Type Merger with Daitec
Fukui Computer Holdings (TYO:9790) said that its shareholders approved an absorption-type merger with Daitec Holding, following which it will be the surviving company, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The merger is expected to be completed effective April 1, 2027, following which the company will change its trading name to D&F Group Kabushiki-Kaisha or D&F Group Corporation.
