Central Security Patrols Settles Damages Lawsuit for 400 Million Yen
Central Security Patrols (TYO:9740) said it reached a settlement in a damages lawsuit with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance, agreeing to pay 400 million yen, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The dispute, filed in July 2023 and heard at the Tokyo District Court, was based on an insurance subrogation claim.Both parties agreed that no further claims or obligations remain beyond the settlement terms.
