Secom Repurchases 12.76 Billion Yen Worth of Shares in June
Secom (TYO:9735) repurchased over 1.9 million shares between June 1 and June 30 through market purchases for 12.76 billion yen, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The repurchases are part of an ongoing share buyback program originally authorized by the board of directors on May 12. The program permits the acquisition of up to 23 million shares at a purchase price of 100 billion yen.With this, Secom has repurchased over 3.5 million shares to date for 22.42 billion yen. The buyback launched on May 13, 2026, and runs through Feb. 25, 2027.
