SENKO Group Appoints Independent Outside Director as Nomination Committee Chair
SENKO Group (TYO:9069) appointed independent outside director Yasuyuki Sugiura as chair of its nomination and compensation advisory committee, replacing the company's president and representative director in the role.The company said the change is intended to strengthen fairness, transparency and objectivity in nomination and compensation processes and further improve corporate governance, according to company filing on Thursday.
