Keihanshin Building Gets Treasury Stock Proposal Ahead of AGM
Keihanshin Building (TYO:8818) said it has received a shareholder proposal seeking the acquisition of treasury stock from specified shareholders, ahead of its annual general meeting in June, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The proposal was submitted by Intertrust Trustees (Cayman) and Strategic Capital.
