Tokai Tokyo Financial to Inject HK$50 Million into Hong Kong Subsidiary
Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings (TYO:8616) will subscribe to new shares issued by its wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Tokai Tokyo Securities, through a HK$50 million capital increase.The capital injection will raise Tokai Tokyo Securities' share capital to HK$205 million from HK$155 million, with payment scheduled for July 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.Shares of Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings fell over 2% in recent trade.
