The Shimizu Bank Approves 22 Million Yen Treasury Stock Disposal
The Shimizu Bank (TYO:8364) approved the disposal of 9,108 treasury shares totaling around 22 million yen as part of its stock-based remuneration plan.The shares will be allotted at 2,415 yen each to eight directors, according to a company filing on Wednesday.
