Credit Saison Board Approves Treasury Share Disposal Under Restricted Stock Compensation Plan
Credit Saison (TYO:8253) board approved the disposal of 49,419 treasury shares totaling 211.9 million yen under its restricted stock compensation plan.The shares were allocated to seven directors, excluding outside directors, and 17 executive officers, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The disposal will be completed on July 17.
