Chiyoda Board Approves Treasury Share Disposal Under Restricted Stock Compensation Plan
Chiyoda (TYO:8185) board approved the disposal of 14,600 treasury shares totaling 14.1 million yen under its restricted stock compensation plan.The shares were allocated to two directors and two senior executive officers, excluding outside directors, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The disposal will be completed on July 17.
