Simplex Asset Management Cuts Stake in Toyo
Simplex Asset Management has reduced its stake in measurement technologies company Toyo (TYO:8151) to 6.21% from 10.61%, dropping below the 10% major shareholder threshold.The asset management firm now holds 1.3 million Toyo shares, down from 2.3 million shares previously.The change was confirmed through a Large Shareholding Report filed on Sept. 7, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
