Yagi Tsusho became the largest shareholder of Japanese apparel maker Sanyo Shokai (TYO:8011) on Aug. 31 with voting rights of 12.88%, up from 11.16%, replacing Asset Value Investors, according to a Wednesday filing with the Japan Exchange.Asset Value Investors' voting rights fell to 8.98% from 13.35%, the filing said.Shares of Sanyo Shokai fell nearly 3% in recent trade.
