Canon Electronics Shares to Be Delisted from TSE Prime Market
Canon Electronics (TYO:7739) said its shares will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market on April 21 following shareholder approval of a share consolidation plan, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The delisting is triggered by the company meeting exchange criteria after the consolidation approved at a March 19 extraordinary meeting.
