BuySell Technologies to Receive 6.9 Billion Yen Dividend from Three Subsidiaries

BuySell Technologies (TYO:7685) expects to receive 6.9 billion yen in dividends from three consolidated subsidiaries on June 30, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.The dividends will be recorded as non-operating income in its non-consolidated financial results for the year ending Dec. 31.As the dividends originate from consolidated subsidiaries, there will be no impact on the company's consolidated financial results for the same period.
