Japan Medical Dynamic Denies Report of Bidding Process
Japan Medical Dynamic Marketing (TYO:7600) has not made any decision on a reported acquisition after a media report suggested the company had begun a bidding process, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The company said a paid report by Mergermarket was not based on any disclosure from Japan Medical Dynamic.Japan Medical Dynamic said it continues to assess a wide range of strategic and value-enhancing options, including matters referenced in the report, but no decisions have been taken.
