VT Holdings (TYO:7593) attributable profit to owners fell 7.6% in fiscal 2026 to 4.90 billion yen from 5.30 billion yen a year earlier, according to a filing with the Tokyo Exchange on Tuesday.Basic earnings per share of came in at 41.5 yen in the year ended March 31, compared with 43.83 yen in the year-ago period.Revenue jumped 11% year over year to 388.7 billion yen from 351.6 billion yen.The company declared an annual dividend of 24 yen per share, payable from June 10.For fiscal 2027, the automobile company projected an attributable profit of 7 billion yen, basic EPS of 29.25 yen, and revenue of 400 billion yen.
