Management Solutions (TYO:7033) completed payment for issuing new shares as stock compensation for directors and executives, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The company issued 21,370 common shares at 1,277 yen each, for a total of 27.3 million yen, with allocations to directors, outside directors and senior executive officers.
