Nippon Chemi-Con Completes 9 Billion Yen Class C, D Share Allotment
Nippon Chemi-Con (TYO:6997) said it completed a 9 billion yen third-party allotment of Class C and Class D shares to the Development Bank of Japan, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The Tokyo-listed company said that it has issued 6,000 Class C shares and 3,000 Class D shares at an issued price of 1 million yen per share.The new issuance has reduced capital to 5.45 billion yen and cut capital reserves to 522 million yen, increasing other capital surplus by 9 billion yen.
