OPEN Group Sets Shareholder Vote on Final Dividend for May 26
OPEN Group (TYO:6572) will seek approval for its proposed final dividend of 4.90 yen per share at the shareholders' meeting on May 26, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.The figure is lower than the 5.50 yen per share paid for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28, 2025.The total dividend amount is expected to be 273 million, with an effective date of May 27.
