Anest Iwata Concludes Share Repurchase Program
Anest Iwata (TYO:6381) has completed its share buyback after it repurchased 843,600 common shares for approximately 1.5 billion yen through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The final tranche of 19,000 shares, costing nearly 37 million yen, was repurchased between Sept. 1 and 2, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.The buyback program, which runs from May 13 through Dec. 31, had an upper limit of 1 million shares and a total budget of 1.5 billion yen.With this final acquisition, the company has now fully utilized its authorized repurchase budget.
