Nomura Micro Science to Issue 2,517 Stock Options
Nomura Micro Science Co (TYO:6254) said it will issue 2,517 stock options totaling 251,700 common shares to 409 executive officers, excluding concurrent directors.The Japan-based water equipment maker said that the exercise price is set at 4,474 yen per share, totaling 447,400 yen per stock option, according to the company, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
