Fuji Die Executes Business Alliance Agreement with Dijet Industrial
Fuji Die (TYO:6167) said it has executed its business alliance agreement with Dijet Industrial Co. (TYO:6138) to expand the development of alloys that reduce the use of critical minerals, effective immediately, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The Japanese manufacturer said that as part of the deal, Dijet Industrial will supply its Cermetal material, which will be marketed directly or processed into tools and molds for customers.The partnership will also explore expanding sales channels for its STN30 material by leveraging all sales networks.
