LIXIL Approves 40 Million Yen Share Issue for Director Compensation
LIXIL (TYO:5938) approved the issuance of 23,704 new shares worth about 40.0 million yen under its restricted stock compensation program.The shares will be issued at 1,688 yen each to eight directors, according to a company filing on Monday.
