Bunka Shutter to Receive 5 Billion Yen Dividend from Consolidated Subsidiary
Bunka Shutter (TYO:5930) will receive a surplus dividend of 5 billion yen from its consolidated subsidiary, Bunka Shutter Services, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.The building material and shutter manufacturer funds are due on May 26 and will be recorded as non-operating income in its individual statements for the fiscal year ending March 2027.However, since the payment is a dividend from a consolidated subsidiary, there will be no impact on the company's consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
