Earth Corporation's Unit Acquires Remaining Shares in Singaporean Environmental Hygiene Firms
Earth Corporation (TYO:4985) said its consolidated subsidiary, Earth Environmental Service, acquired all outstanding shares of Singapore-based cleaning and environmental hygiene management services companies, Marvel Clean and Marvel Home, according to a Monday release.The deal strengthens its business base in Singapore, which the company plans to use as a regional hub for ASEAN business, while eyeing expansion into Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and India.
