Meiko Network Japan Cancels 2 Million Shares
Meiko Network Japan (TYO:4668) has completed the cancellation of 2 million treasury shares, or 7% of shares outstanding before the move, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The cancellation reduces total shares issued to 25.8 million, with treasury stock at 339,269 shares, or 1.31% of the total. The company said it will use remaining treasury shares for restricted stock awards for executives and employees.
