Riken Vitamin Concludes 2 Billion Yen Share Buyback
Riken Vitamin (TYO:4526) said it completed a 370.2 million yen share buyback, repurchasing 111,700 common shares between Sept. 1 and Sept. 18, according to a Thursday filing on Tokyo bourse.The repurchases were conducted through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the 2 billion yen buyback program to repurchase 900,000 shares between June 1 and Sept. 30.As of Sept. 18, the company has repurchased a total of 634,300 shares of the planned amount.
