Aica Kogyo Adjusts Convertible Bond Conversion Price
Aica Kogyo (TYO:4206) has adjusted the conversion price of its Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2027, lowering it from 3,260.1 yen to 3,233.3 yen, effective April 1, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.The adjustment follows the shareholders' meeting on June 23, which approved a year-end dividend of 72 yen per share, bringing the total annual dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31 to 138 yen per share.
