Visional Allocates Stock Options to Four Directors
Visional (TYO:4194) said it has set terms for issuing stock acquisition rights to directors, covering 1,000 units convertible into 100,000 common shares, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The stock options will be allotted to four directors as part of the company's incentive plan.
