Plus Alpha Consulting Completes 1 Billion Yen Share Repurchase
Plus Alpha Consulting (TYO:4071) has completed its share repurchase program, after acquiring 452,400 common shares for a total of 1 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.The buyback was executed between Aug. 13 and Aug. 26, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The repurchase was conducted under a board resolution passed on Aug. 12, which authorized the buyback of up to 570,000 shares for a maximum of 1 billion yen by Sept. 30.
