Kanto Denka Kogyo (TYO:4047) declared a year-end dividend of 11 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts and higher than the 9 yen paid a year ago.The total dividend payment amounts to 632 million yen, payable from retained earnings on June 29, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.The company's basic policy targets a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%, as revised from 20% in November 2023.
