Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT to Make Early Repayment of 2.43 Billion Yen Loan
Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT (TYO:401A) will conduct an early repayment of a 2.43 billion yen short-term consumption tax loan on April 30, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.The loan, borrowed from Mizuho Bank and originally due on Aug. 14, carries an interest rate of JBA 1-month Yen-TIBOR plus 0.25% and is unsecured and non-guaranteed.Funds for the early repayment will come from a consumption tax refund related to a property acquired on Aug. 14, along with the REIT's own cash.
