Komatsu Matere Board Approves Treasury Share Disposal Under Restricted Stock Compensation Plan
Komatsu Matere (TYO:3580) board approved the disposal of 62,998 treasury shares worth up to 44 million yen under its restricted stock compensation plan.The shares were allocated to five directors, excluding outside directors and nine executive officers, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The disposal will be completed on July 21.
