Loadstar Capital Sets Terms for Employee Stock Options Issuance
Loadstar Capital K.K (TYO:3482) said it has finalized terms for issuing share acquisition rights to employees under a stock option plan, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The company will grant 614 stock option units to 78 employees and those of its subsidiaries, representing 307,000 common shares.The exercise price is set at 2,950 yen per share, with each option priced at 1.475 million yen, the company said.
