SOSiLA Logistics REIT's Profit Slide 13% in Six Months Ended May
SOSiLA Logistics REIT (TYO:2979) posted profit of 1.73 billion yen for the six months ended May 31, down 13% from nearly 2 billion yen in the previous half-year period.The REIT's profit per unit declined to 2,381 yen from 2,745 yen in the prior six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.Operating revenue fell nearly 11% to 4.28 billion yen from 4.78 billion yen in the prior half-year period.The REIT declared a final distribution of 2,708 yen per unit for period, payable on Aug. 14.For the fiscal period ending Nov. 30, the REIT expects profit of 1.71 billion yen, and operating revenue of 4.38 billion yen.For the subsequent period ending May 31, 2027, it forecasts profit of 1.73 billion yen, and operating revenue of 4.34 billion yen.SOSiLA Logistics REIT plans to pay total distributions of 2,700 yen per unit for both fiscal periods.
