ARIAKE JAPAN Board Approves Treasury Share Disposal Under Restricted Stock Compensation Plan
ARIAKE JAPAN Co (TYO:2815) board approved the disposal of 3,014 treasury shares totaling 15 million yen under its restricted stock compensation plan.The tenure-based shares were allocated to six directors, excluding audit, supervisory committee member directors, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The disposal will be completed on July 17.
