Ito En Board Approves Manufacturing Business Split, Transfer to Unit
Ito En (TYO:2593) said its board agreed to transfer part of its manufacturing business to its unit ITOENTEAFACTORY through a simplified absorption-type company split, according to a Thursday filing with the Tokyo bourse.The company said it will transfer its tea production-related businesses to consolidate its manufacturing functions and enhance operational efficiency.The transfer is effective May 1, 2027, according to the filing.
