S-Pool Signs Agreement for Absorption-Type Company Split With Unit
S-Pool (TYO:2471) said it has signed an absorption-type company split agreement with its wholly owned subsidiary S-Pool Bridge to transfer part of its professional human resource utilisation services business, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The company split is scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2026, with S-Pool as the split company and S-Pool Bridge as the succeeding entity.
