Penta-Ocean Construction Sets to Acquire 850 Million Yen in Shares For Staff Scheme
Penta-Ocean Construction (TYO:1893) will acquire up to 472,200 common shares worth 850 million yen through a trust for its employee stock ownership plan, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.The trust, established with Mizuho Trust & Banking as trustee, will execute market transactions Sept. 4-30 to deliver company shares to eligible employees under the stock ownership plan rules.
