Yamaura to Set Up Subsidiary for Facility Management in Nagano
Yamaura (TYO:1780) will establish a subsidiary to manage accommodation and restaurant facilities in Nagano Prefecture, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The new unit, FTT Management, will have planned capital of 200 million yen and is set to be incorporated on May 18.The move is aimed at streamlining operations related to facilities owned by Tomi City.
