LEATEC Fine Ceramics Trims Loss in May as Revenue Improves
LEATEC Fine Ceramics (TWO:6127) incurred a narrower net loss of NT$17 million for May, compared with NT$30 million a year earlier.Loss per share improved to NT$0.16 from NT$0.28, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.May revenue rose 6% year-on-year to NT$88 million from NT$83 million.For the first quarter, the company posted an attributable net loss of NT$55 million, versus an attributable profit of NT$46 million profit a year ago.Loss per share was NT$0.51, compared with EPS of NT$0.42 a year earlier.Meanwhile, revenue for the three months fell 3.6% to NT$243 million, the fling said.
