Good Finance Securities Closes Share Buyback After NT$156 Million Repurchases
Good Finance Securities (TWO:6021) completed its share repurchase ahead of the originally scheduled Oct. 19 expiry, buying back 3.7 million shares for NT$155.8 million.The shares were repurchased between Sept. 4 and Sept. 23, at an average price of NT$43.66 each, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company had initially planned to repurchase shares for up to NT$5.33 billion during Aug. 21 to Oct. 19.
