Sumwon Development Faces NT$180 Million Shanyuan Construction Claim
Sumwon Development (TWO:4417) has been notified of court enforcement proceedings involving Shanyuan Construction over a promissory note worth NT$180 million, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.The case was initiated after a creditor sought compulsory execution in Taiwan's Taipei District Court.Shanyuan Construction is currently in negotiations with the creditor and has appointed legal counsel to handle the matter.
