ARBOR Technology Unit OKs Up to NT$450 Million Cash Capital Increase
ARBOR Technology (TWO:3594) unit AMobile Solutions has approved a cash capital increase of up to NT$450 million by issuing 5 million new shares.The shares will be priced at NT$90 each, at a par value of NT$10, according to a Friday Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.Funds raised will be used to replenish working capital and make long-term equity investments.
