Hiwin Technologies to Reduce Leased Area After Partial Lease Termination
Hiwin Technologies (TWO:2049) will reduce the leased area of its property in Taichung, Taiwan, by 142 ping, following a partial termination of its lease with related party HIWIN Mikrosystem.The move will lower monthly rent by NT$101,104, excluding tax, with the company reporting a disposal gain of NT$20,242, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The revised lease will run from Sept. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2027, with monthly rent of NT$116,768, excluding tax.
