Trans Canada Gold (TTG.V) is nearing completion and installation of updated electrical underground facilities, underground drill pad set-ups, and is preparing for Phase 1- Diamond Drilling program at the Harrison Lake Gold Project, the company said on Thursday.Contractors are nearing completion of underground drill setups, upgrading underground electrical facilities, road access improvements and completing an upgraded all weather core shack/core sawing facility, said the company."An experienced drill contractor has been selected and drills have been mobilized to carry out the continuous underground drill program, and will be announced shortly," stated the company.The Harrison Lake Gold Project is demonstrating the same geological characteristics as the Snowline Gold deposit situated in the Tintina Gold Belt in the Yukon, it said.The company has identified targets for further Exploration of 2 to 10 million tonnes of gold mineralized material grading between 1.0 to 5.0 grams per tonne (g/t) gold."This Target for further Exploration target is based on the current geological understating and historical drilling and identified mineralization, over several widely spaced intrusions over more than 2 kilometers of strike-length and over a combined vertical elevation range of more than 700 meters," the company stated.Harrison Lake district Scale Gold Project is located in an "advanced gold exploration and development setting", which is fully permitted for targeting identified and known gold zones, in the expectation of increasing its gold resource, added the company."We are nearing final completion and preparing for Phase 1- Drilling at Harrison Lake unlocking the significant gold potential for the expansion on the district scale Harrison Lake Gold Project," said Tim Coupland, President and Chief Executive Officer. Trans Canada Gold Closes Final Tranche of Private Placement to Advance Drilling at Harrison Lake Project

Trans Canada Gold (TTG.V) has closed the second and final tranche of a private placement to advance drilling at the Harrison Lake gold property in British Columbia, the company said Friday.The company placed a total of 100,000 non-flow through units at $0.15 per unit for $15,000 in proceeds.Trans Canada Gold raised a total of $869,711 in the offering that comprised 3,616,663 non-flow through units at $0.15 each and 1,817,839 flow through units priced at $0.18 apiece.Each non-flow through unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each non-flow through warrant can be exercised at $0.30 per share for three years.Each flow-through unit consists of one share and one-half of a a common share purchase warrant. Each flow-through warrant is exercisable at $0.30 per share for two years.The company plans to use the funds for due diligence and other costs related to the acquisition of the Harrison Lake project. It will also use the proceeds to fund initial acquisition costs payable to Bear Mountain Gold Mines under an option agreement over the property.

Trans Canada Gold Reports Oil Production, Drilling Plans

Trans Canada Gold (TTG.V) has produced over 15,488 barrels of oil from September 2025 to March 2026, completing another seven months of steady oil production, the company said Monday.The company has an 18.75% working interest on the 7HZ Lloyd 12-14-49-01 W4 well in Alberta, with Croverro Energy serving as operator.Trans Canada has received all formal approvals for its new Lloyd 5-23-49-1W4 well following the issuance of its well license and drill permit for an upcoming new seven-leg multi-lateral well and drilling program.The well is scheduled to be drilled this summer subject to rig availability, the company said.Drilling, completion and equipping costs are expected to reach $1.9 million, with Trans Canada funding $350,000 of the total.Meanwhile, the company said it is preparing to implement a phase-one diamond drilling program at the Harrison Lake gold project in British Columbia.

Trans Canada Gold (TTG.V) on Tuesday said that it is preparing to implement the Phase 1- Diamond Drilling program at the Harrison Lake Gold Project.The company said that the contractors have been assembled to immediately commence preparation of underground drill setups, underground electrical facilities, road access improvements and an upgraded core shack/core sawing facility."An experienced drill contractor has been selected to carry out the continuous underground drill program," said the company.In a statement the company noted that the Harrison Lake Gold Project is demonstrating the same geological characteristics as the Snowline Gold deposit situated in the Tintina Gold Belt in the Yukon.The company said it has identified targets for further exploration of 2 to 10 million tonnes of gold mineralized material and grading between 1.0 to 5.0 grams per tonne (g/t) gold."This Target for further Exploration target is based on the current geological understating and historical drilling and identified mineralization, over several widely spaced intrusions over more than 2 kilometers of strike-length and over a combined vertical elevation range of more than 700 meters," said the company.The company added that detailed drill planning is currently underway on the Harrison Lake Gold Project located on Bear Mountain.
