Taiwan Shin Kong Security Unit to Lease Office Space
Taiwan Shin Kong Security's (TPE:9925) subsidiary, Yi Kong Security, will lease an office space of around 119 pings at the Shin Kong International Financial Center in Taoyuan from Shinkong Textile, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The five-year lease expires in February 2032, with monthly rent starting at NT$48,000 and rising in stages to NT$52,960.
