Alexander Marine Extends NT$446 Million Loan to Unit
Alexander Marine (TPE:8478) extended a NT$446.3 million loan to Alexander Marine Italia for the latter's working capital needs, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.The funding was provided through another subsidiary, Alexander Marine International.The unsecured loan may be repaid at any time within a year and carries no interest.
