Ruentex Materials Suspends Operations at Yilan Dongshan Plant
Ruentex Materials (TPE:8463) suspended operations at its Yilan Dongshan plant after failing to complete the required documentation for an amended stationary pollution source operating permit, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.The suspension followed a Yilan County Government notice and an environmental inspection on Friday, which found deficiencies in the application process.The company said it is taking corrective measures and will reapply for the permit.It is expecting approval within about 10 days while working to limit operational disruption.
